About

Operations-minded, systems-oriented, and quality-focused.

I am a self-employed Operations Systems Designer who turns unclear workflows into practical software, structured workspaces and useful digital assets.

Professional direction

Workflow design becomes software when the process is clear enough.

My work focuses on workflow design, operational systems, CRM systems, knowledge management, quality assurance and AI-assisted implementation.

I start by understanding the people, records, decisions, friction and evidence inside a workflow. The software is a result of that operational understanding, not the starting point.

Career foundation

Education built the operating instincts behind the systems work.

My background includes teaching, assessment, learner support, subject coordination, school operations, leadership responsibilities and programme implementation.

Those environments required planning, documentation, stakeholder coordination, quality control and translating requirements into usable outputs. Those same instincts now shape client systems and product design.

Current evidence

Products, client adaptation, and reusable architecture.

Q:BS & Client Studio

Elucidate

An educational operations platform with validated multi-user workspaces, collaboration, files and learner-centred workflows.

Q:Appointments

A generic appointment operations product connecting bookings, status, communication history and review-first AI drafting.

Method

Observe. Abstract. Systematise. Express.

Observe: understand context, users, constraints and outcomes.

Abstract: identify the underlying pattern and information model.

Systematise: turn the pattern into records, actions, statuses and workflows.

Express: deliver a clear, practical and reviewable product.
